Never Back Down (the DeSantis Super PAC) is breaking every rule in the book (DeSantis Super PAC's Plea: 'We Need 50 Million Bucks," New York Times, September 2, 2023: A16). It should be stopped in its tracks immediately.
Alas that is unlikely to happen with a toothless Federal Elections Commission.
