Steve Bailey (Globe, April 5th., C1) is naive if he thinks Governor Romney will put pressure on AT&T to keep jobs in Massachusetts.The governor needs cheap telephone connections for his presidential campaign so he is unlikely to do anything that would upset the phone company.
